Power Industries

ABPRALL is keen on expanding its wings towards the skilled services that are required during the annual maintenance of the GTG (Gas Turbine generator) and STG (Steam Turbine Generator).We have our strong team force to carry out the maintenance activities in the stipulated time frame as per the plant maintenance schedule. We have also the capability to supply the industrial spares that are required for the plant. ABPRALL has also the capacity to supply skilled technician for the day to day operation activities of the power plant.

Concrete ready mix plant

ABPRALL has rendered its service to almost all the ReadyMix plant located in the Qatar region. We have supplied, conveyor belts, idler rollers, Impact rollers, gear box, filter bags, screen mesh, rubber sheets and other spares required for the smooth operation of the batching plant. We have also undertaken the fabrication and delivery of conveyor frame full unit including hot vulcanization.

Cement plant

ABPRALL is focusing on the supply of wear resistance plates and special coatings to minimize the wear and tear during the production process. We also supply filter bags and other industrial spares as per the requirement of the plant. Apart from the above we do carry out the specialized activities during the shutdown of the plant on contract basis with the support of our own skilled employees within the stipulated time provided by the cement plant.

Sand treatment plant

ABPRALL is the distributor in the Qatar market for McLanahan Corporation UK whom are specialized in quarrying and sand washing /sand treatment plant. By having the in depth knowledge and right channel partner we have the capability to understand the client requirements and propose the technical solution along with the right equipment and machinery required for high yield in their production.
